Officer Nick Sheppard got a call regarding a dog that was caught up in a wire fence and desperately needed help. Nick raced to the scene as being a major dog lover himself, he knew the canine could be seriously injured and in pain.
The officer slowly approaches the dog who is naturally scared. Nick is wearing a head camera which records the rescue. It took a few minutes, but he was able to get the dogs leg free, but then it ran off before Nick could identify it to return it to its owner. The officer followed it and did end up finding it. Thats when he became totally speechless.
