Every person who’s ever had a dog knows that their pooch loves them unconditionally, but when Eric rescued Peety, the pup taught his owner how to love himself as well.
Eric weighed over 300 pounds, had type 2 diabetes, and was told by his doctor that if things didn’t change, he only had a few more years to live. But when he met Peety, who, like himself was obese and middle-aged, they began the long process of bettering themselves.
